地點很棒，交通方便，可惜網路速度慢了點!

酒店位置非常方便 离地铁站很近 房间很干净 有个小阳台是为吸烟的人准备的 没有热水壶 但是前台会热情帮忙倒热水

The lobby was very beautifully decorated--very traditional style. Overall, the individuals working at the front desk (24 hour front desk which was great) were very kind and responsive. The rooms need some updating. The bed was just as about as hard as the carpeted floor. The 2 pillows were deflated (approx. 3 inches high) and couldn't find additional pillows in the cabinet. The ventilation was poor in the room and we attempted to open the window but there was no screen to keep bugs out. It was overall quiet though which I appreciated. When we walked in it smelt as if I had jumped into a perfume bottle (think walking into an abercrombie x5). We were on the third floor. The wi-fi didn't work--we had to go down to the lobby to check emails. We had a shared bathroom which was fine however, couldn't find hand soap in there and the toilet was very old and had challenges flushing throughout our stay. The location is good though--close to the train station, couple blocks away from the Duomo and Galleria which was what I was looking for. Close to the bus that takes you to Milan Linate Airport.
