I've stayed here several times. Has always been comfortable. Its seems the condition of the hotel has deteriorated and there is much needed maintenance and updates. Carpet had stains and there is splatter of unknown origins on the bathroom walls. Ice maker in the fridge did not work and the pans need replacing. The outside entry way looks run down.

Hotel is a bit in need of renovation. Staff was helpful and nice but understaffed. Rooms were clean.

Room was not vacuumed. Grocery bags left under sink. Child cup left in living room and not noticed by cleaning staff. Closet doors were not on the rollers. Towels in bathroom for one person, not two. This was my most unsatisfactory experience at a Homewood Suites.

I had a reservation for 2/14 for me with my 3 kids. I drove 5 hrs from Rhode Island and when I try to do my check in around 6:30 pm they told me that unfortunately they did not have any clean rooms for me. I totally understand the situation of no employees, but it was very unprofessional that I did not receive an email or call for the cancelation. At that time I was looking last minute reservation in others hotels. Very disappointed!

When I arrived our room wasn't ready and the front desk person said that they only had 1 house keeper and she was on the second floor and the room that we were assigned to was on the sixth floor and she didn't know when it would be ready. She informed me that everyone called out even the manager and that it was just her and the house keeper working. She was able to get me a room that was cleaned on the second floor but there were no towels and they didn't know when they would be able to get to washing them. So I had to go and get towels and wash cloths.

It was the worst stay we had. No towels at all, cigarette smoke through the hotel room, foul smell in the hallways. No tissue or paper towels in the room. There were missing light bulbs in the lamps in our room. Just awful stay.
