The hotel and the spa are really good which surrounded by beautiful view. I was thinking to come back here in summer with my parents. They can play golf and enjoy the spa. However, the staffs seem not well trained. When I checked in, the reception lady was multi-work. She only answered what I asked but didn't provide all hotel related information by herself. I did tell her that I don't have car and I have to depart at 7am next morning so how to do with my complementary breakfast? She said they will prepare "grab & go" for me. I saw her make a note but maybe she was writing something else, because the next day the reception gentleman had no idea about the breakfast, and the lady didn't book a taxi for me to train station! So I missed the only train which means I couldn't catch on Eurostar to France for a meeting! However, the taxi driver was so nice, he tried his all best to catch on the train at another station so I could finally arrive at London on time, I very very appreciated of what he did for me!! Although the hotel took the responsibility to pay for the taxi, but the overall service really has to be improved!
