The property is not in the best shape, the breakfast Buffett is very limited, they put dirty and broken sheet at the beds, I got pictures, and you have to be very careful to ask them to clean well the room, they don’t have a good care of that, I found that the person maintaining the buffet his clothes were extremely dirty, is. Shame the hotel has the best place to be, just at the side of a very good mall, they take advantage of that and thats why don’t care about the service, the worse thing there is the sheets and towels control, they use pieces in very very bad state.

Tuve una experiencia muy inconforme en el hotel, ya que tuve que cambiar dos veces de habitación por las condiciones del cuarto y la falta de mantenimiento del aire acondicionado. El staff fue amable pero si sentí que la situación no fue manejada de la mejor manera. Y me sorprendió las condiciones en las que tienen los cuartos o por lo menos los dos primeros en los que estuve.

The elevator was not working properly, the phone in my room never worked plus there hairs next to handset, no remote control. The good part friendly staff.

Nice location next to Forum mall. Lovely staff and excellent service. The hotel building seems tired and must be challenging for the staff. Room was clean and updated but only a tiny water bottle. Aircon was not very effective and noisy. Overall it was a comfortable stay but will choose elsewhere next time.

This hotel is going down, every time i stay here is something different in regards cleaning, in the past the toilette was dirty, this time I found interior clothes in one room corner, is disgusting, is like nobody cares about people staying here.

I really liked those in the dining area and housekeeping. Super nice and ready. Dislikes? Many little things that made a big impression. Charging for my child, a 3rd person, yet short towels that front desk never sent. Key cards inconsistent in elevators and room. TV went burry and front desk claimed repair would happen but delay after delay and not fixed. Worst part was water leaking out from shower through bathroom door and flooring moving. Even WORSE there is water damage warping baseboard and flooring near one bed. I work in mold and this was infested. Cheap cover up didn't work. So disgusting.
