Great bargain for the money.

After a 17 hour drive, I arrived to no one at the desk for check in. Called out and after 5-10 minutes, he showed up and checked me in. Room was fairly well maintained with the exception of the bathroom. The vent fan blew air down into the bath which pushed the shower curtain out and left a good sized puddle on the floor. This is the 4th or so time I've stayed here but first time on first floor front and the road noise was bad and constant. Also the advertised continental breakfast was not available but I'll credit that to Covid cautions.

Hotel desk staff was incredible--my room (314) was only questionably clean and the bed was so dipped in from overuse that it made sleeping comfortably impossible. The walls are thin so the hotel appeared to be noisy at all hours

Not hotels fault, but hot breakfast not served, bagged to go was breakfast order due to Covid restriction. What did not like was (knowing hot fresh breakfast offer pre-Covid ended at 9am) that the "to go breakfasts in a bag" were not available any time after 9am. To go bags SHOULD BE OFFERED TIL REQUIRED CHECK OUT TIME WHICH WAS 11 AM. If it had to be premade, they should have been AVAILABLE TO ALL CUSTOMERS who stayed that evening.

Dirty worst part when I was sleeping they had a fire alarm inspection and tripped everything with sirens going off for about 3to4 hours

First off, they wanted to give us a different room than what I reserved. When we refused they had to do some room juggling to get us an acceptable room. When we got in the room we almost immediately found what I thought was a bed-bug on one of the beds. That instantly turned our stomachs. There were cobwebs on the wall above the window. The base board molding in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. We wanted to leave but were so tired from travel we decided to stick it out. I would think that a hotel with the Wyndham affiliation would have higher standards, but I guess I was wrong. But, don't worry, we will never stay at a Microtel again, EVER!

Nice comfortable and affordable

Staff was very friendly, the only downfall was the pet charge of $20 per night, but they were nice enough to lower the fee for us

Loved our stay! Couldn’t have had a better stay! I always stay in Microtel Inn wherever I’m staying. Highly recommend

The staff there has no concept of a safe place. I leave to go to the store and come back. I return to my room, and there was evidence of someone being in there while I was gone. Brought it to clerk attention, he just stood there .
