Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted very warmly by a staff member. Got there earlier than check in time but room was available and could check in early. The room was spacious, unlike any I've stayed in before. Very accomodative. They had a full hot breakfast that was excellent and served due to covid 19 restrictions.

The people were nice enough but the place wasn’t.. burned out lights which I notified the front desk and was not resolved. Black mold on the wall adjacent to the shower. The room has an overall dingyness look to it.. The breakfast buffet wasn’t a buffet... one guy making your plate for you and a line down the hall of people waiting. The coffee was self serve and very good. However it was empty 30% of the time and then they stop making it available until the next day. Cheap and penny pinching not to have coffee in the lobby 24/7 .

I filled out a card to get my room cleaned and it was not serviced by the end of the day. I needed to print out a picture in color and the front desk person said the office manager's door was locked until Monday. When the weekend manager came, he took care of me. The front desk person would only give me a late check-out time of 1230. After I complained, she gave me 1:00 as I initially asked. While the staff is very courteous and attentive, it would be good if they had more autonomy and take self-initiative to solve customer-related issues. You don't always have to be "by the book".

Booked reservation through Hotels.com but when we got there, they 'lied' and said we only booked a King. I knew I booked the two queens. Them passed me to a manager where he also said, they don't have that and don't guarantee it if we went through someone else but the IHG website. I showed them my reservation proof of what I booked, after going round and round and finally a room appeared. It was a handicapped one and all they had left but I had to fight for it. I had heard a large group came through and they had to move a lot around, but they should never Give away a reserved room! At least own up to the screw up and not LIE to my face. It took me at 45 minutes to get checked in and get my key.

Didn’t get off to the best start, due to over-booking; however, the manager on duty (Eric) made it right. He seemed genuinely concerned about us and he made every effort to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Based on the service we received from him, we would recommend this hotel.

We got to the hotel at 4:00 p.m. and it was quickly apparent that they had given our room away. It took almost an hour to check in and then could not go to the room they gave us because it had not been cleaned and the beds were not made. The room wasn't bad, but the bed was too firm for my liking (I know that's a personal preference). This place was picked for the proximity to our function, and while the employees were nice, I probably will not stay here again.

Standard Holiday Inn breakfast, nothing special but edible. The room was fairly clean. The shower was basic but had really nice water pressure. The shower curtain grew mold on it after the first shower, so that was gross. The beds were super uncomfortable, to the point where we joked about the floor being more comfortable. If you like extremely firm beds, then you'll love it. Everything else was fine, other than the pool being dirty. And make sure you check for ticks after going out there! We sat by the pool for maybe 30 minutes and brought 2 ticks in with us.

The hotel was very dated. The room smelled of stale men’s cologne. The AC unit made strange noises and did not cool correctly. The carpet felt sticky and there was mold on the caulking in the shower. This was the worst 180$ hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. I would not have expected this from a Holiday Inn Express.
