Room was very nice. Check in went well. We were staying for the wrestling tournament across the street. We had leftovers in the fridge so we wouldn't have to go out for lunch but instead just run to room as check out wasn't until noon. We went to room at 11:15 & they were already cleaning room & had thrown out everything in the fridge which was about $40 worth of food & drinks. I went to check out & they just said sorry they must have thought you checked out already.

My family were in town for 3 days for the wrestling tournament. This was the best choice I made. My youngest was able to swim in the inside pool. The people were so friendly and helpful. And this is the first time in almost a year that I felt like I didn't have to think about Covid-19. Yes, everyone was required to wear mask, but the boys were able to swim in the pool. We had a wonderful breakfast that wasn't in a box. The breakfast consisted of hot waffles, eggs, and sausage. It was exactly what my wrestler needed after weighing in. We literally walked out the hotel and directly to the Convention Center. The hotel is a close walked to many great eating spots. Finally, everyone complained about parking at the event, but our hotel came with parking. The only downfall was my room was smaller than expected. When you walked into my room there was a large dead space hallway. I wish they would have made it part of the living room space or bedroom. Other than that....it was awesome!

Room was good. Can tell the hotel is older, but it was clean and comfortable.

I was in love with the hotel up until I started to see roaches roaming here and there in the kitchen. On top of that we spent a lot of money on this hotel and our soul purpose of choosing this hotel was really because of the indoor pool, but hardly swam! I understand the corona virus played its part but their limit was 20 at a time, and it was times 20 people weren’t in the pool and we still weren’t allowed to go in

My only complaint is that the pool closed too early.

Staff was friendly, room was spacious, bed was the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever laid on.

All good hallways little messy.

The room was extremely comfortable and clean. It really felt like home. My 3 year old was so impressed that she started singing a little song about it, "Our hotel"! I loved all of the amenities, especially the cooktop, so we were able to have some meals in out room as opposed to buying lunch and dinner each day. Would definitely stay there again!

Cleanliness was awesome. Had a 1 bedroom suite so we had plenty of space. The only thing is we nearly froze cause there is only 2 very tiny vents near ceiling. 1 in living room & 1 in bedroom. Bathroom has no vent for heat. The hallway inside room was long & huge with no heat. For a room that large 2 small vents is stupid. I will absolutely stay here again. The location was great. Clean hotel also.

Very clean-staff friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend. Very Close to public transportation
