Horrible establishment, Poor Customer Service, Rooms are Disgusting, Dirty Sheets with Semen Stains and Blood on them... Please DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

This is beyond a budget motel. I stayed for a time while trying to locate a safe place to stay. From the first day of move in there was a fake nail under the desk, it didn't get vacuumed up until the day before I left. The manager does not come out of the office in the evening when people are playing loud music or when the homeless people sleep near the pool. It is neither safe, nor clean. And they have alot of roaches.

This place is disgusting, I already contacted Expedia via chat when the manager was uncooperative, they said they would contact the property to talk with them and never came back to the chat. I waiting 25 minutes. There are cockroaches heavy in the room, and these rooms have no smoke detectors which is a law!!! I paid with a credit card and when I addressed the cockroach issue the manager said there is pest control, apparently not a very damn good one!!! I want a full refund for this disaster, or I'll be happy to use one of the many, many other booking sites available to me.

This stay was the worst experience of my life the room was filthy beyond words had not been vacuumed disinfect I got NO sleep because there was roaches from the size of my finger to one you can barley see i took upon myself to use a uv light to see the what I feared to be true i really wow yes to demand a refund but just chose to get out of there it would have made anyone sick and with covid 19 I think that they should be taking more procrastination and cleanse should be even more important

Pros: Excellent value for the price you pay. This place is right in downtown and great location, minutes from the freeway without the noise of the freeway.The staff are wonderful. They really really do a great job cleaning the room everyday. Cons: Not a place to bring family due to the neighborhood. Too many homeless people wonder around. People can be drinking and smoking right outside your room and smoke enters the room through the loud air conditioner.

The room wreaked of cigarettes and they were unable to get me another room. They stated they had continental breakfast, but they DO NOT.. There was also a few roaches that came out at night...

Place was not clean was given one towel and told no when asked for a second one when registered for stay of two people one child so why I was told no is not understood

Mold and mildew in the bathroom

I had left my beats headphones on my bed. After I came back to my room my room was clean and I could not find it.
