Staff is hard working, attentive, and extremely helpful! Hotel is charming but needs upgrading, especially the shower.

Hotel was conveniently positioned and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again

Bathroom was compact but newly renovated as opposed to the room which was cramp and only had a window the size of a ventilation shaft. The room was also located at the attic level so if you are six footer and above, watch your head! Breakfast room wasn’t enough to accommodate all of its guest that were there at 8.00 am. We had to wait for a table to be vacated.

Beautiful hotel, room was perfect, location was a 4 minute walk from San Marco. Breakfast was very nice, with a pancake making machine!! Staff without exception were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, room had polystyrene cups next to the kettle, mentioned this to reception and within minutes two proper cups were delivered to the room, apparently guests had asked for disposable cups to take outside with a cigarette as no smoking in the hotel. Asked to borrow a couple of wine glasses to have a drink before going out, and again nothing too much trouble. A perfect week away for us, we will return.
