I love the place but the customer service was terrible with the Employee juwann I think that’s how you spell his name hate to put it out here like this I only drove here 7 hr drive to bring my son his marine uniform because he was in school there but I get there to find out they was charging me a 100.00 deposit for damage they didn’t have on there website or with Expedia that this will happen so we all can be prepared for it what if I only had just hotel money and gas to get there I would have been In trouble because they took almost 300.00 out of my account then they charge me twice for the same room and the 100.00 deposit glad I came Prepared with more funds we would have not got. Ack home because of lack of Communication about the deposit plus your stay fee,he hung up the phone on the customer in front of me,even if she was rude to him got him frustrated you are still at work because he was rude to me because she made him mad,but we still have to remember to keep our cool because we are at work and you have more customers in front of you seeing this happen work hard for my money to not get rude customer service from anyone even if you having a bad day,we all do but we have to pull it together because you never know who’s watching I had my two young kids with me who had to see this behavior from the young guy I have young sons and under stands

The room and hotel were nice. However, they charged $100 "incidental fee" which came off my card immediately. A room advertised as $108 cost me $208. And it will take 7 days to be refunded. This needs to be stated in the site. I have had a hold for incidentals many times but it has never been charged at check in and always drops off at check out. Front desk not helpful at all!

Everything was great! My only issue was that the pool was closed.

Bathroom had a of lot noticeable rust. Everything looked outdated. Climate control wasn’t working, turned it off and was still blowing cold air every one got up congested. Remote for tv didn’t work only had one channel. Not impressed.

The staff was great. The facility was not maintained well.

The staff was really really nice. And my room was spotless clean!

We were very happy that we booked this hotel. Staff was helpful and room was great! All 3 of us had a great night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel!

I did not like that the room service did not show at all for two days. The Keauger coffee was not there and no bottle water in the fridge. I liked the quietness and cleanliness of the room.

The front help was friendly and efficient. I dont know what else i can say

Stay was great. Bed comfortable. The neighbors were loud and annoying. Woke me from my sleep. But otherwise the stay was great!
