酒店停車場入口非常難找

酒店無論地理位置、內部裝設施以及員工服務我們也很滿意，但對於自駕前來的住客來說就較不便，停車場入口非常難找，由於酒店在步行街上，而停車場入口卻在後街一條小巷 內，非常隱蔽，我們找了超過一小時，也試過進入該小巷兩次，但不見有酒店的名字，最後要致電聯絡酒店才告知預訂網站上標示的postal code有誤，車場正確入口是Old Manesty’s Lane L1 3RL, 最後浪費了約兩小時才可以順利登記入住。泊車費是每輛車£24/24小時。

Cozy apartment at a convenient location

A cozy apartment located in the city centre. Shopping, dining, commuting, all within short walking distance. Friendly staff, in particular David who helped us fixed the electric power supply after having tripped off twice. Very pleasant stay.

一家三口入住一連八晚，第一晚已發現樽裝護髮素用剩很少，第二天便通知前台，他竟然回答洗護用品及廁紙等用完需自行購買，他說這間不是一般的酒店，只提供一次性的 welcome pack! 床褥太軟，睡不好；第三晚開始睡沙發床，情況更差，整個人像向下傾斜⋯⋯ 住在市中心很方便，但每晚深夜都仍有群眾在街上吵鬧叫囂，星期五星期六晚更是沒完沒了的嘈吵，沒有一晚能安睡。 床頭燈及床邊堆積灰塵，很久沒有打掃。 雪櫃一打開便有異味⋯⋯ 餐枱表面沒有清潔，用布輕輕一抹就變黑了。 提供的碗碟竟然滿佈食物污跡，上次入住的住客使用後用布抹抹便放回碗櫃，酒店的清潔人員沒有重新清洗碗櫃內的用品⋯⋯ 這間一定是我住過最差的酒店

The apartment was OK.. Beds excellent but the sofa bed was dirty and not for an adult to sleep in.. No nespresso and we got 2 dishwasher tablets for 4 nights.. I was just waiting for the second toilet to clog and very hard to close the door for that wc Carpets in common erea was dirty.. Time to chance that.. Staff was friendly and no problem there.. But the location was prime 👌

Overall very good! nice apartment with a nice location and everything you need for a nice stay. We were there for a week. In the kitchen there was tableware for 3 people as well as cutlery and kitchen utensils. That it was for 3 was fine as there was a dishwasher there too. The pinnacle of luxury was probably a washing machine for clothes. Stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. Absolutely lovely! But, if I have to deduct a star from the total, it has to be a bit of cleaning and the sleeping option in the living room. None of the rooms have twin beds, so you either have to sleep in the same bed or on the sofa bed. Oh that's fine, as long as the sofa bed is good, and not from the military. It creaked worse than a house from 1800, the mattress was so thin that we ended up taking the top mattress for the main bed to put on top. and that it was broken at the end so we took a pouf and put it under so that the bed was straight.Otherwise they had chromecast on the TV. Very good! But then.....a slightly unnecessary miss. The ceiling in the bathroom and in some places on the tiles on the wall there is mold, lots of mold. When the whole bathroom gets damp when showering, the steam on the ceiling has been allowed to sit and not been washed as it has dried and then turned into black dots. When I showered I swept over an area with a cloth and 80% went away. Only a little imprint was left. Easy fix! Other than that, great!

Friendly staff. Safe gated indoor car park. Fantastic location and well thought out flat with everything we needed. Comfy beds. Only disappointment was the sofa bed wasn’t made up like we had asked in messages. The bedding was left out for us to do it and no pillow.

Fabulous place, very central Chose to pay at property. Called and emailed property on multiple occasions to confirm 'pay at property' because we were arriving at 8pm Each time confimed yes pay at property, someone will be on reception Took money off credit card before we arrived at 10am on check in day Company said it was because a card was on hotels.com account but you cant book without a card being stored Lots of faffing for my friends and me sorting payment out after repeatedly asking the question Beware - every time ive stayed in Liverpool hotel this happens
