Had a wonderful stay at the Tivoli Marina, considering the current climate we felt very safe and secure from the virus. The staff were wonderful and service was great. They were very conscious of the restrictions and requirements. The pool area was great, had good food and the service at the pool was efficient. Our room was spacious and we had a great sea view. We did have an issue with our aircon but the Hotel fixed this promptly. I really liked the idea of the Hotel app, where you can request things or report issues etc - a really great idea! Breakfast was ample, it is a little slow due to the set up but I think everyone appreciated this and we all patiently waited to be served. It's just an outcome of the current climate. All staff were very smiley and happy which made a real difference! Would absolutely stay again

The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to the beach and the marina. Our room, which was a decent size, was on the 7th floor with a great view across the marina, and beyond. All the staff, from reception, in the breakfast room, the servers round the pool and those in Puro Beach Bar and Bar Canela, were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed as a couple, and our only gripe would be having to pay to access the beds on Puro Beach, although we did enjoy late afternoon light plates/drinks there.

Hotel facilities and services are great. Staff is superb. Outdoor swimming pool and bar are nice. We really enjoyed the spa treatment. However, the beach lounge area (sun beds and restaurant) is pricy and pretentious. £60 for 2 sun beds with towels for a day?

The location and rooms are nice but the pool area is not 5*, it’s very tired, no sun bed service you have to queue at the bar which was very slow. Sun beds by the pool would be reserved ridiculously early so you end up lying in a bed on the grass so far away from the pool that you may aswell not be by a pool. Puro pool and beach advertised as part of hotel but totally seperate, you just get 50% off beds there but you have to book so far in advance, when you do book make sure you ask what bed you have, they told us it was first come first serve so we got there at 10 am on the dot to be given a not ideal position and were told the ones we wanted were for a group. The ppl that eventually did arrive and got the good beds were other couples. The staff were quite rude there, along with the staff who checked us in to the main hotel. They couldn’t find the second half of the booking and told us to go away as they had other customers to deal with and they would phone us, which they never did. We arrived really early so we felt like the whole day was wasted worrying about this. Breakfast was nice, food at the pool bar not great, and over priced. We ended up paying to go elsewhere most days as we didn’t like the pool area here, kind of defeats the object of booking a 5* hotel for a last minute stress free break. We complained about our experience and eventually after a lot of stress and discussions were offered late check out (this should have been the case any way as I’m a gold member)

Given the restrictions around Covid the service was good. Location great with access to beach and the marina just out of the door. Breakfast not great, cold plates but again difficult times. We would stay again.

Lovely hotel ,staff were excellent Lots of help with a smile ,things were a bit different because of COVID like breakfast but it was well organised .plenty of sanitizer around the hotel for you to use . Would definitely stay here again we had a room with the marina veiw which was lovely .
