Not too bad, would not stay again.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, but it’s not worth the price you pay. It costs the same as the hotels right on the pier and even though it’s clean there’s not spectacular about the inside of the rooms unless you’re getting a suite or ocean view room but like I mentioned it’s the same price as the hotels right on the pier. Since we had a last minute booking we got the room located right next to what I can only assume was the maintenance room or storage room since employees kept coming in and out of it. They would go in and talk loudly for periods at a time and throw things around which was quite loud and obnoxious. Overall I’d probably pick a hotel closer to the pier since it’s costs nearly the same.

Could have been better

I was a little disappointed because we were charged so much money $900 for two nights and then we were charged $20 because you had a room cleaned and ready early. It was cleaned and ready, but let’s charge them even more. The rooms and service was not worth $900, for $900 you would think we would have a somewhat decent view, didn’t get that. There was no hand soap or shampoo in our room, only 3 towels when the room is for 4, we called Saturday morning to get more towels and they never came. We didn’t get the towels until we went to get the pool key that evening. We made reservations for the pool area and we weren’t on the list.

Went on a sister trip and it was wonderful. Bed was so comfortable and view was amazing. Only 2 issues during our stay was ice machine was broken..probably fixed already. Other issue was the smell of sulfer in the water...bring your own for sure. That said, our room was beautiful and service was on point!

Not worth the price

Paid premium price for a deluxe room. It faced the main street, was next to a noisy pool and smelled like mold. Normally I don’t leave reviews because everyone has differing opinions but the carpet needs to be professional cleaned or replaced and the bathroom should be gutted and redone.

Needs an update

The property was a little loud. I was somewhat disappointed by the property in relation to the price. However we may have been getting close to peak season. The room felt a little “tired” and needed updated flooring. I think I would look for a different property next time.

Ocean views and sounds

Amazing view from our room. Bottom floor was perfect for walking in and out to walk to beach and spend time at the fire pits. Really had the most wonderful time here. Super relaxing at night listening to the ocean waves in the background.

Bummer!

So bummed this experience was not what we thought it would be. Room was below average for such a nice hotel. Bed was comfy so that was a plus, but room was missing towels and coffee upon check-in. Room also wasn’t ready until an hour after check-in. The fire pits outside also did not work when we went to use them at 9:30pm and all signs said they closed at 10pm and could only be used for 30-min at a time.

Girl was not as pictured in website. There were no ocean views and no private balcony on the room which was also pictured and advertised. Shower had no pressure. Over priced for the location. I will never stay here again.
