Can be better
The location is great, Place is new. the design is a bit weird like a maze. the two bedrooms apartment is not actually an apartment. it is two rooms beside each other. one of them with no bathroom so can not be rented alone so no point of the design. The receptionist insisted to pre-auth money from the card despite there is no full mini bar and the room was paid. They put me in a very far room despite I told them I have a heart condition. other staff we very helpful.

Very clean and comfortable. Was expecting a bigger bathroom based on the photos shown on the Hotels.com website. Great location for exploring London.
