SAD condition

Good location. Front desk service on check in was superb but room cleanliness was shocking considering the pandemic. From greasy light switches to hairs on the bed to ratty gummy carpeta. Convenient to have fridge and microwave but had to get cleaning products to be able to use them. Not even paper napkins or a plastic cup for toothbrush

This was the cheapest and decent review place in doral. The lobby and everything looks good but room was less to desire. My tv did not work very well, many channels out along with a couple scuff marks on it. Stains on couch and such but got the job done if you need a place to Park and sleep for night. Was a decent size room with a fridge and microwave so some good things. Bag to go breakfast

A bed for a night in a pinch.

The front desk clerk had on a super disheveled white shirt that looked like a pajama. The room was as basic as possible with furniture straight out of a furniture rental company. The shower was dirty with mold and soap scum, I had to clean it to be able to use it. This was the biggest problem with this place. I could deal with the lack of decor and the lack of paintings on walls.

Awful experience with a 2 year old

For the starters the rooms had a awful smell and the toilet wasn't working I had to change my room I will never return to this location awful experience and the pool area had no lights.

Not what I expected.

Room sofa was stained and the front desk person had to go to the hotel across the street to get us bath towels. Breakfast was bagged, no choice. No creamer for coffee, no juice. On a good note, room was quiet.

A DISASTER!!

No clean linen, towels, trash bags, etc... Also they’re charging an extra night and I claimed at front desk and they said they can’t help me, that it should be with a manager but the managers always work day shifts.

Nothing is what it seems

The stay at the room was ok. The room was relatively priced for our weekend similar to other hotels around. There were no exclusive pro's that I can mention other than the bed that was comfy but here are the cons 1. The photo is deceiving. The room was never colourful but all painted white.It was as if the plaster was completed but someone forgot to paint. Not sure if this room was white as per initial design 2. There were no paintings in the room as shown in picture 3. The couch was very dirtry 4. Lamps... Tables all had dust on top of them.Not sure when it was cleaned 5.The fridge is very small . So be prepared. These r something that do not affect your trip to a great extent , but just that letting you all know
