Staff went out of the way to be helpful. Room and bathroom was clean and tidy. Public spaces were cleaned carefully adhering to Covid 19 cleaning instructions.

The hotel was great. The breakfast staff could be a bit more on the ball. One morning I had to break up their conversation so I could get a knife and fork.

Stuff is great, helpfull. Cleaning is perfect. Breakfast is very good.

We’ve had a fabulous service, very clean, friendly, enjoyed the quiet swimming pool and local facilities are brilliant! Breakfast was repetitive but we were informed of this due to Covid 19.

Clean, well organised, eager to please quality accommodation.

- no water in the room (not a single bottle on arrival), never had a 4* hotel room without drinking water given. - no sound proofing between the rooms - No room cleaning for 2 days ( they blame coronavirus situation) - kept waiting till 3pm for check in (because they were full!?!?) - although booked a pool view room which is the quiet side, given a street view room 2nd floor, naturally Everytime a motorbike passes we woke up - given a room next to lift, doors keep banging, even the cleaning lady kept banging the service room door, told her to close the door quietly but she told me to talk to reception. - no high chairs for infants, not offered both days, waiters kept ignoring us. - sign at lift saying 99% coronavirus is eliminated by the filter, this is not a valid statement. See the picture. Also everywhere antibacterial disinfectants, but no antivirals anywhere. - sent an email to Best Western US with complaints, got a reply saying "every best Western hotel is owned and operated independently", then what's the point of having the brand name if the standards are lower than other Best Westerns!?!? - won't come back, can't recommend either. It's a surprise for us how they have so high rating.

It was great. People are very polite, breakfast is awesome, and very vsry clean in all areas. Right in the center, in a very quiet area. Definitely this will be my hotel in Rhodes

We stayed at Best Western in Rhodes on our holiday trip in December. Since it’s their down and quiet time of the year- we did not expect too much and that it exactly what we got - not much. Hotel Staff was very friendly, but since it was very little to do on the island that time of the year, it seems that all properties are using this time to make repairs. Best western was doing it as well and it was noisy at times. The heating system can probably use some upgrades as we could not turn the heat off and some hotel quests were smoking in the rooms and we could smell the smoke in our room through the air docks system. Overall, while it was not our worst experience, it was also not our best. On the bright side- hotel is located close to the port and sea.

Great hotel in central location. Very good breakfast.
