Excellent place and location.

We loved the location and amenity offered by this hotel. It is in the heart of vail village. Very convenient to walk to the nearest gondola and easy to find a great restaurant. The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we go back to Vail.

Great location Room was very well decorated and family friendly Room has everything you need to prepare meals and snacks Clean and comfortable, housekeeping is very responsive Highly recommend, no vehicle needed to enjoy the Vail Village

Very nice and simple and clean! Close to everything! Staff was pleasant and helpful! The “continental” breakfast was a joke! They could do a much better job! I understand it’s Covid time but still! We never even ate it...Loaded Joes was right by the hotel and it was great!

This is my second time staying here for multiple days in December and it’s awesome. The staff is very helpful and polite. Check in is a breeze . You get greeted by a handwritten note in your room which is very welcoming . Hot drinks and cookies available at the lobby for when you come in all cold. Mountain Haus is steps away from the free bus transportation and a walk from restaurants and market. The hotel is recently renovated and very clean. Shower had shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Kitchen has everything you could possible need to cook. Tvs in all the rooms. Breakfast during Covid -19 is minimal but good and it includes frozen burritos, yogurt , cereal, oats, coffee, bananas, other fruit, muffins. Guest Laundry is free and they have detergent packs and dryer sheets. The Pool and hot Tub is great . Parking is at the public garage but it’s not free . Very relaxed environment and look forward to future stays here.

Vail is beautiful, while the property is very close to the village it needs some major updating inside the units. Very very data decor, curtains broke while drawing them closed, fireplace and it’s a small mill of natural gas. Needs an update! Exterior is very beautiful and very close to everything.

The 2-bedroom was gorgeous and cozy with all the kitchen utensils and appliances you could ever want to feel at home. The fireplace was a nice addition, and the outdoor hot tub with heated carpet was great! Service was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, only feet from the Vail Village parking garage and a short walk to the Gondola and town. Highly recommend.

Very nice private owned condos operated as a hotel. Close to everything. Free breakfast. Nice staff

Loved the room! It was huge and cozy. The location was great. It is right at Vail village close to all the shops and restaurants.
