Our stay was less than desirable. We had a room that had a lot of issues. To start, it had a terrible odor of smoke, the remote control was busted , bare wires hanging out of the ceiling , the a/c was really loud , the bed was stiff, no iron , very few channels , refrigerator was messed up, poor lighting, no CO2 or fire detectors. We wanted to leave the hotel immediately but couldn’t find another room in town available. Will not recommend nor return.

We had a one night stay on our way home. It was clean. The mattresses weren’t very comfortable, you could feel metal on either side of the mattresses. Overall, it was a nice place to spend a night.

Don’t stay at this hotel. We checked in and there were no towels, the lights didn’t work, bathroom was dirty and the tv remote didn’t work.

The pictures online make the hotel look awesome. Lies. First off we reserved an entire hallways for our volleyball team. When we get there 2 people’s reservations were magically gone?! Then we get to the room and our key would not work on the door, just blink green and red, I notified the front desk and he told me the batteries were dying and came to my door to let us in. Finally after he tried 10x it opens. Then he returns to the front and does nothing about it!? ALL night long it sounded like water was running

Staff was nice, got to the room and it was dirty. Beds had rat turd on them. Asked management for another room and they couldn’t accommodate. Very gross made or two nights very uncomfortable.

Very disappointed
The room had a stale smell. The bed was very uncomfortable. No breakfast like it stated “free Buffett” . Hotel is outdated . The pictures are deceiving .

Great Hotel with only complaints due to Covid
This place was great, gentleman that helped us at the front desk was very nice & helpful. We stayed here in Feb. 2021, the website didn’t say that the pool was closed but we arrived & it was closed due to Covid.... it would have been nice to know that prior to arriving since we booked there for the kids to swim. Also the website booking said that we would get breakfast & breakfast was not provided due to Covid. Those were the only two downfalls, other than that everything about our stay was great, clean room & easy to check in & out.
