-overall clean rooms
Cons:
-breakfast buffer consistently good, rest of the food is average/low
-family member got food poisoning, hotel was very dismissive and did not take any ownership to gather more information about the incident. And refused to cover medical visit unless “it is proven food poisoning”
-Service is poor. Outside from waiters at the breakfast buffet, customer service is poor. For any simple task, they would ask you to find the person who handles that matter, rather than trying to help you. So you basically have to walk around finding people to help you as they pass the ball to someone else. Don’t think this is about employees, but just poor management
-horrible sanitization practices. Required masks for going indoors, but no gel Available inside. People could touch food with potentially dirty hands. Serve ware mixed between dishes, people cutting baguette with bare hands, and so forth.
-few to no options for vegetarians. Also poor practices (mixing ham and cheese on the same plate, or making a veggie omelette on the same pan as a non veggie one)
-healthcare worker, never had covid in all these years. Got covid here. Again cannot say with 100% certainly, but surely their practices didn’t help
