This hotel looks like it was recently renovated and was very clean. Staff very helpful. I drove to this hotel and it was nice that there was a person waiting to park the car and remove my luggage. In addition upon departure the car way brought from the garage to the entrance whereupon the car was reloaded with the luggage. As for breakfast, it was so, so. Overall a pleasant experience in Ronda.

Stayed there before. Usually very satisfied. Great service and friendly staff. Comfortable. This time though a bit more attention to cleaning would have made it perfect. Floor had some sticky patches and there were a few hairs about. Hopefully my next visit will see an improvement

Good thing is they got a car park (eur15 per night) right at the hotel basement. very center location. acceptable cost. Not so good thing is, the room is not so nice, small bed and i got woke up at night because of the noise from the water pipes and from people at the corridors. Apparently the wall is thin and the noise elimination facility is bad.

One woman at the front desk in the afternoon was somewhat unhelpful, but everyone else on the staff was great. Very nice room, on-site parking (will cost you, but it's worth it). Great location. Overall, highly recommend.

Parking was implied as included, but you have to pay separately. Not that it was unreasonable, the property should have made it clear it was going to be 15 Euros. Otherwise, very happy with the hotel.

Generally good value for price.
Quiet, nice and comfy bed, near Nuevo Bridge. Breakfast buffet was good value for price. Overally satisfied. However Wifi didn't work at all; told the staff, she said that there's nothing she could do. Need to install additional wifi facility so that visitors would't feel inconvenience. You can park inside hotel at 15 Euros, which saved us a lot of walk. Though passage into the parking lot is very narrow and parking lot itself is small; you may have trouble parking if the lot is almost full.
