Great Hotel. old fashioned excellent service.
Great hotel with old fashioned service. Watch out for the taxi bandits across the street. Always have the hotel call you Charlie Taxi who they work with.

Comfortable hotel
The hotel is clean and well situated in the middle of Hamra. If we decide to stay in Hamra again we will definitely pick this hotel.

Great staff and hotel.. Little busy for my taste in the center of busy commercial Hamra street but our stay was comfortable and enjoyable due to the amazing hospitality..!!

Cool and comfortable in Beirut
We moved to the Crowne Plaza when we could not get comfortable in the AC of our original hotel. Our Deluxe King room was not very large, but the AC was perfect. Bed was comfy and not too firm. Appreciated the tub. Breakfast with made to order omelets, and dozens of other options, was very nice. Very helpful front desk personnel. Still wondering why we could not reach the Uber network via their wifi. . .however they do offer Charlie Taxi as an option. . .hmmm. Keep in mind this is not a US Crowne Plaza, and be flexible!
