Hotel was ok...but having told the hotel and shown an exemption certificate for wearing a mask, different interpretations from different staff, thus making the stay a little difficult, Vincenzo needs to be fully integrated with the EU laws pertaining to this complex issue. Otherwise, apart from feeling awkward, its fine.

Great experience started from parking the car in secure underground car park through welcome at reception nice room ( 1 small problem with room 212 little noisy at night due location of a bar outside with music ) felt safe at breakfast with social distancing. Location was perfect. My total experience was 9.99 out of 10.0

My stay at NH Marina was very disappointing because the restaurant and bar were closed during the duration of my stay and there was no alcohol in the mini bar which meant I had to leave the hotel for food and refreshments. There was no hot food for breakfast and the quality of food was rubbish. I booked for 3 nights but left after 2. This was nothing to do with The coronavirus Pandemic!

Short distance from Stacione Principe, walkable 15 minutes.We were coming from Milan, with a side trip to Pisa, too tired to walk. Taxi costed 10 Euros. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast area overlooking the marina.

The decor was inviting and warm. They suite we stayed in had great views of the mountains and wharf.

Absolutely great location, excellent facility, fine restaurant and wonderful staff. I ended up asking two of the staff in particular, many and diverse questions over several days. Letizia and Andrea were absolutely terrific, the help the provided and answers to my question proved invaluable to my enjoyment of my stay at this fine hotel and to Genova itself.

The main reason for visiting Genoa was to take my son to visit the aquarium: this hotel was an excellent choice for that. Parking was very convenient, the location central to all the attractions we wanted to visit, the staff friendly and very helpful. Finally, our room was clean and comfortable. My son and I enjoyed our stay.
