We had an amazing stay at this hotel!! The front staff is very friendly and helpful especially Leo, thank you again for making our 30th anniversary so memorable 😘

Hotel is worn out in certain areas. Lighting needs to be improved. Needs thorough cleaning. Increased pricing the day prior to arrival.

Good breakfast buffet, great location to bring a car. They have a guard keeping people keep out of the compound so your car will Be safe. Several blocks from Metro but easy walk. Nice tree groves around. It is isolated from the bustle of the city.

Aside from the elevator not reaching the 4th floor it was perfect.

For many this may have been a four star experience but for us and those who get the 4th floor it was a two star experience. Air conditioner did not cool with thermostat at 17 Deg C - hot in the room. Only a roof window - when open could smell gas - had to close it. Chipped plaster and old orange carpet from the 70's - probably the last time any work was done. Uncomfortable hard bed - with the room hot we did not get good sleep. Roof is low ( hit head) do not be tall. Bad if you get up at night. Elevator is not great and the stairs had clumps of dust (had not been cleaned for some time) At breakfast some plates and the milk jugs were chipped. Not great coffee or croissants - noisy drink machine. Could hear people in other rooms - not good sound insulation. Room had a slight smell of sewerage. Reception staff were not friendly and Mr C just wanted to sell tours. Was not even asked about our stay. The review system has let us down or the hotel does not normally sell these rooms. This hotel should only get 2 stars as that is the quality of the worst room being offered. We feel cheated. We only look at 4 or 5 star hotels with a rating more that 4.
