We stayed for a staycation weekend. It was mostly a good stay, the room was comfortable and it felt private. We faced the holiday inn an there were many trees between the buildings. The not so great: - we extended one night at a time for 3 nights. No one told us we had to request housekeeping at 8 am. We came downstairs around 9 to check out and check back in. Already having thrown out used towels on the floor and were told that we were too late to request Housekeeping! They were pretty strict on that! Here's the kicker, we went out and when we came back noticed that our trash had been taken out. Nothing else. We had to get linnens from downstairs and make our own bed! - the walls are very very thin! We could hear the neighbors playing guitar but what was worse was upstairs! One particular day sounded like they were having a party. I called the front desk but don't feel like they took me seriously and it kept going as we were trying to sleep - several dust clingons from the ceiling. After staying 3 nights the room felt dusty. - I understand removing buffet style breakfast, but they didn't have anything I could eat. No non-dairy creamer. Nothing vegan or gluten free except for some apples. - very rough towels Pros. Nice comfortable furniture. Soft bed and pillows. Big desk is very comfortable for remote work.

We wanted a bathtub, but the shower was nice anyway. The room was comfortable, but a bit oddly shaped for tv watching. The staff are extra careful with cleaning protocol, etc. Pool was open...just had to sign up for a 45 minute slot.

The facility was lovely and clean. I think they went a little too far in the removing everything for COVID-19. They took the coffee maker, the blow dryer, and even the little individually wrapped glasses were left out of the room. I think that's going a little too far. They could have Simply sanitize the items (which they should do anyway!) our one issue with this hotel was with the beds. They were flat out AWFUL. I developed a kink in my back after sleeping for two nights on that bed, and it took me several days to get back to normal. The first night I probably slept a total of one hour. My husband was miserable. I don't think that I would stay at that facility again Because although the facility was beautiful it just wasn't comfortable.

Condition is good and in general things are clean. The staff is polite and accommodating. However when I asked to have the bathroom cleaned after the first week so I could take a bath on Sunday morning it was not cleaned so I didn't get the relaxation I had hoped for. My second stay moved me to a new room and when I didn't care for that room the clerk happily provided me with another room. If you want breakfast I suggest an early visit as items do frequently 'run out' and they were not able to replenish.

A pleasant stay considering everything going on. Only complaint that we had was when we got the pull out bed out, the sheet was clearly dirty and hadn't been changed and there were no blankets or pillows in the closet for the pull out. Called the front desk and he brought an entire new mattress and sheet, along with extra blankets and pillows that were not in the room for the pull out. He was very helpful and quick to answer our call. However, it appeared he was the only one working. I went out to the car and someone was trying to check in and could not because he was delivering the new mattress to our room. In my opinion, there should have been extra staff there to help with the extra cleaning that should be going on and to help when situations like this arise.

Great clean new hotel in a perfect location Although the virus has shut down a few amenities, it was still a great stop

It’s a great hotel, and we understand that because of Covid, certain things aren’t “business as usual” but we did pay more for this hotel over other options because of the pool & breakfast; neither of which were available. We feel that the hotel shouldn’t advertise these amenities if they are not actually available.

Nice hotel, very good precautions in light of COVID. Felt very safe and the hotel was clean with lots of attention to detail. Typically great Marriott property
