Needs improvement
The room was filthy dust everywhere hair still in bathroom and fridge had sauce spilt in it everywhere. The lights in room didnt work and had no little soaps to wash hands Venting machines were empty n ice wachines didnt work.

Disappointing experience
I have stayed at Country Inn & Suites all over the US and this was by far the worst. I generally choose Country Inn & Suites over other comparable chains, but it is now at the bottom of the list. The hotel in general was not clean. There was human feces on the floor in the lobby bathroom upon arrival. I notified the staff. I used the same restroom the following morning and there was still feces on the floor. The beds were very uncomfortable. The sheets were poor quality. The one elevator was extremely slow for the demand. The bathrooms in the room were poorly cleaned and the furnishings were outdated.

Not the worst but not the best
Overall the hotel was in good condition, the issue was with the room, there was no soap or extra towels or any of the usual amenities found in the bathroom. We had to actually wait until they were cleaning other rooms the next day to ask one of the staff for some things off their carts. We stay Friday - Sunday on Sunday morning we had someone from the staff knock on our door asking if we were checking out then they proceeded to stand by our door in the hallway being loud and talking until we check out. And all weekend there were doors being slammed at all hours of the night with no one from the staff ever coming to find out why or stop it. Needless to say we got very little sleep while there and we paid almost $200 a night.

Very dirty. There was hair on bathroom floor and on shower walls. Shower curtain was ripped and didn’t keep water in tub area. Called desk and they didn’t seem to want to help. At checkout I let them know of my bad experience and the guy at desk never even acknowledged my existence. Never again will I stay at a Country in and Suits.
