The location is excellent, the supermarket in the same building, very convenient and difficult to find in the Center of Madrid. The apartment was spacious and clean, the 2 bathrooms and kitchen were modern, however no instructions on how to use the appliances, the furniture in the living room needs replacing , all the furniture in the outdoor areas is old and dirty.
The swimming pool is very disappointing, tiny swimming pool, small lounge area with no parasols and no toilets, even worse they allowed to smoke in the lounge area , totally unacceptable specially been such a small area and in a family hotel, also unacceptable there are no toilets in the communal areas
