Overall our stay was good. When we arrived to check in we were informed that our room was on the third floor and there weren't any elevators. The wonderful front desk personnel quickly got with a supervisor and put us on the first floor. We have two little kids so this was greatly appreciated. They did offer extra stuff like arts and crafts, a hula hoop competition, bingo, karaoke, and other activities which was a major plus. The playground needed some mantance on one slide but my kids loved the other parts. Our teenager enjoyed tennis and mini golf with friends. We got a 3 bedroom suite. Needs some minor upgrades but over all, nice. Very BIG! Overall, we will be back
