I have stayed at Legacy before, actually back in February, 2022. I guess it really depends on the room size. I had no complaints in February however the room I requested was smaller than what I needed for this trip. I had 4 teenage boys with me to celebrate my son's b-day. I requested the biggest room they had in order to accommodate the boys from having to share a bed. The layout to the room that they gave me was perfect, however when I arrived it smelled very musty. I chalked it up to the fact that it was over 90 degrees and they probably did not have the air conditioning on high in order to circulate the air. The sofabeds that were provided at this point should be trashed or donated. The mattress that they use is paper thin and the bar that was protruding through the mattress was so uncomfortable that the boys sleeping on both sofa beds had to sleep sideways. Also only one burner on the stove worked and the toaster almost blew up and set the bread on fire. When I unplugged the toaster and looked to see what the problem was, a good portion of the heating wires had come undone and basically were just sticking out. I called the front desk about this issue and noone ever came to the room to replace the toaster or check on the burners. Upon check-out the manager was in the lobby and I spoke to her about the issues. She thanked me for telling her and then said that she was going to reach out to me via email. Well it is 2 days later and I havent heard from her.
