You usually know what to expect with Hampton Inn. This place was probably nice 8 years ago but it’s just tired. $25 to park. About 25% cost of the actual room. Elevator broken from garage. Serious noise...slamming room doors from 12am to 2am. Front desk staff very nice.

My stay was ok. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was convenient and quiet. Free shuttle to and from airport was excellent. Those were only the good things. There were no 24/7 free complimentary coffee and tea at the lobby. Breakfast was bad and a big disaster. They only served bagels. Coffee was bad. I suggest that they stop serving breakfast if they are that bad and cheap. It makes the Hampton name look bad. There was an Indian family hotel guests of 10 who stayed in one room and invaded the breakfast area as if they have not eaten in days. I stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites Denver Airport last month and the hot boxed breakfast options were excellent as well as the availability of 24/7 coffee and tea at the lobby. I probably would not stay at this Hampton again.

The entire 10th floor smelled extremely strongly of weed. We may even get searched extra thoroughly on our return flight now. And it wasn't even us!!

The signs said ... pardon our dust, renovations. I didn’t see any work going on, but the hotel is very much run down. Wallpaper peeling halls, dark, noticed one room with a piece of paper for the room numbers. If there’s renovations going on, get it going. Very sad for Hampton. And, I know there’s COVID - but breakfast was lacking. Cereal, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, and small bagels. I’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns... during pandemic. Much better selection. Overall... very disappointed.

I had been up 24hrs having to take a red eye from the West to the East coast...the fire alarm went off at 9:30 at night and it had apparently been doing this since 4am that morning. They new it hadn't been fix. Now, at 10:30pm they are closing the hotel and either they moved you to their hotel next door or you found somewhere else to go....the only compensation was your room payment was transfer to their hotel next door. The fact that they are moving everyone at 10:30pm and was an inconvenience they knew it wasn't fixed and should have done this earlier. And they should have the decency to comp a room at a later time. The only saving grace was the night manager at Hilton Garden her pleasant smile and trying to do things as fast as she could to get everyone settled..while she was alone and taking phone calls during this fiasco.

There was a flood on the floor above us which caused leaking in our bathroom. At midnight, the alarm was pulled to get everyone out. We had to move all of our belongings to the hotel next to us. It was a disaster and very tiring. I most like will NOT be going back to this hotel.
