We waited in line for over an hour to get to the check in desk just to be told that our rooms were not ready. They could have easily told everyone in the long line that they didn't have our rooms ready. They did not care about anything that was going on and then when we got the room, the painting was noticebly pulled of the wall, there was a beetle on the bed and it was def not worth what we paid to be treated the way we did. We couldn't change rooms due to being sold out.

Staff was rude at check in. Made it known it was frowned upon to book through third party and there were issues with the card reader that made check in take a while. Seemed like the hotel was short staffed. The food was not good and not worth what you pay for it.

We waited an hour and a half to get a key for our room. I understand that was not necessarily their fault but they should have known it would be busy and adjusted for that. As well once we got to our room it had not been cleaned. The bed was slept in and bathroom was a mess. They did send someone to clean it but it wasn’t the optimal situation. My girls needed to get ready in a hurry for the concert after waiting so long and the room was not in a condition for them to efficiently do so. I went to talk to the front desk and was simply told “I’m sorry “. I paid $300 for the room and even called that morning to ensure my room was paid for. I was told our keys would already be ready for us upon arrival and of course they were not. It was very frustrating after driving 5 hours. The beds were very hard and my back hurt the next morning. Over all it was not a pleasant stay and we will not be going back.

The staff did their best with what they could… but with a huge concert at the BOK they seemed under prepared. They had large groups before us checking out late, so multiple rooms were not cleaned and ready at our check in time. Not mention there was some sort of glitch with digital keys and a huge line of people trying to get help. We were supposed to check in at 4p. Got there at 5p to a huge line and didn’t get into a room (they had to move us to another room because j broke down crying because we were gonna be late for a concert) until 6p… we changed clothes and ran out the door. The staff was apologetic and sincere and it wasn’t their fault… they tried their best and were getting yelled at by everyone, but I doubt I will ever stay there again because it was very emotionally traumatic and with a small child it made it even rougher. I should also add that even when we got to our new room, our digital key didn’t work and they had run out of hard keys so engineering had to come open our door for us. Finally after the concert at 11p, our digital card worked. Just rough all around for everyone Involved… staff and guests

Terrible experience

Tried to check in at 2pm after calling at 9am and confirming I could checking in at 2 pm instead of 4 pm due to driving 2 hours. Upon arrival, was told I had to wait until 3, waited until 3 and was not able to check in still. Was guaranteed a room after return from festival and checked in my luggage. Upon arrival from festival at 1am, was told there is no room available and would have to go to another hotel. Other hotel that was contacted did not have any rooms. Will not use hotels.com or Hilton again. Wish I had known ahead of time I would not have a room, despite booking a room two weeks in advance and confirming day of stay.

Booked a king room payed in advance showed up and they gave us a queen with out even telling us got to the room and realized it wasn’t what we payed for had to take our stuff all the way back down and they tell us they sold out of kings and there is nothing they would do about it. Around 2 in the morning the first night the ac cover falls off the way and bangs into the table causing an extremely loud noise that woke us up im panic. Hotel keys wouldn’t work in the parking garage would have to call and wait sometimes up to 10 minutes to get out of the garage. Overall worst stay I’ve ever had will never go back to this hotel or any other double tree for that matter.

The actual room was fine. It was finding out someone had charged $56 at the bar to my room the next day. They did fix it. But if someone could just use your room number and not have proof like Id or room key? But my ride home and morning was just crap. The lady who fixed it when I had questions. She kinda talked to me like I was a little kid. And was rude. But she did get it fixed. I just wish she had been kinder. I’m sure they could pull cameras and know it wasn’t me or my 8year old daughter.
