Exceptional. The rooms were spotless. The location is not even five minutes away from the old town. But most importantly, the staff there is very courteous, helpful and professional- all the way from the concierge, the restaurants to housekeeping.

Everything was perfect. Location of the hotel, service ( all staff is oriented to the guests). The food was so delicious. However, in this pandemic time, impressive think is cleanliness. We really felt safe from any infection.

The pictures of this beautiful hotel do not do it justice. It is perfect in every way. So close to the old town, and to Banya beach. The staff is amazing and so friendly. The food is great, and the view incredible. We Were sad to leave!

One of the best hotels I have stayed. The location is fantastic just few meters from the old city of Dubrovnik. Very good beach club and an excellent staff.

Everything was perfect at this five-star hotel perfect location, amazing breakfast overlooking the Adriatic Sea, everybody that worked there was very helpful and wonderful they all followed all the health regulations and made you feel very safe on vacation during COVID-19. The suite overlooking the sea was beautiful and very clean. We will return!

Lovely stay. Excellent service, location, facilities etc... If I can mention some points for improvement: the food we had at the beach restaurant wasn't very good. And the hotel becomes a bit boring in the evening. There's a piano bar but never any piano music :( Maybe this a covid19 effect?
