It is a shame the hotel does not have more people cleaning, we walked in the room and there was a stain in the carpet, there were also pubic hairs in the shower stall, disgusting. There are piles of room garbage outside every other room 24/7

The beds are full size instead of queen and the area for the beds was very tight. The room was poorly designed.

Honesty trumps everything!
I really enjoyed my stay! It was a birthday trip for me and a getaway trip for my children. We enjoyed the convenient location to the Biltmore and other cute, local dining establishments. There were also lots of chains nearby. Of special note is the honesty of the hotel staff - especially housekeeping! One and a half hours after we checked out, my daughter informs me that her iPad is not in her book bag. Yep....you guessed it! She left it in the room! I called the hotel; it was found; and it was mailed to me by the end of the week. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good just wish there was some variety in the breakfast bags. But after covd it will improve.

Overall our time at the hotel was lovely. Great value, good quality rooms. The trees were beautiful, and we could see the leaves changing right outside our window! I was sad the continental breakfasts were so horrid though. I've stayed in many other hotels of similar quality across the country during the pandemic, but their breakfast was hands down the worst. A bottle of water with a packaged muffin full of preservative chemicals and a chewy bar. Meh. It forced us to go out to eat brunch more often which ended up being a silver lining but I would have liked the option to eat decent quality food included with the hotel.

A comfortable stay
I have always stayed at the crown plaza when I come to Asheville... this year we wanted to try a new place! We actually ended up trying 2 new places ...Spring Hill Suites the first night and we really enjoyed it. The staff ...I think Rob was the guy at the desk... was so nice and hospitable ! It was comfortable with 3 teenage girls and I took the couch ! Close to a lot...Carabbas is right next door ... mall down the street...will stay again ! Very happy
