Well about 1am in the morning someone tried to open the door to our room .Next thing you know from desk is knocking and saying open the door.We need your name .We refuse to answer the door so managers want my name .I finally give my name and they think all is well .I call the front desk and he explained that my name wasnt in the system so he had rented the room out to someone else .This is so unacceptable...Its now 145 a and i cannot sleep do not feel safe here .
