This is a smaller Dreams property and they try really hard with the facilities that they have. Friendly staff, always working hard to keep you happy and the property clean.
The pool area is nice, but hard to find chairs with some shade. Need to wake up by 6 am to get any seats for your family. Ample towels, comfortable seats, well maintained. Waterslide is really fun for the kids.
Beach area is ok. Not much sand, very rocky. Volleyball court is basically a thin layer of sand over a giant rock. Beach bar isn't open during the day.
No lobby bar, the Desires club is kept so cold, nobody would hang out there. Not many places to go if it was raining or if you wanted to hang out before or after dinner.
Food was a little more limited than most Dreams, again, it is smaller.
Liked the location and the short walk to Puerto Aventuras marina/city center for something different to do.
