We were in Prince George daughter broke her gemmed

Wow! This property was immaculate. The staff was helpful and courteous. We received an unexpected upgrade from the basic room that I booked. The suite had everything that anyone would need to be self sufficient. With covid-19 precautions the ability to be self-contained was much appreciated.

Wasn’t that good the door on the room had major gaps on it where you could see the light and noise come thru . No really TV guide packages , couldn’t look at your guide before selecting a show . I had to scroll they all the channels

Everything was great comfy beds kind staff etc. However the cleanliness left lots to be desired I mean you do need to wipe things down once in a while housekeepers I ended cleaning up the furniture and under the couch and noticeable spills on the walls etc. My OCD wouldn't let me just leave it lol. Otherwise everything was very good enjoyed the steam room and the very friendly smiky front desk lady was great.

Staff was very friendly, pool was cold. Room was big enough but could have been a little cleaner.

Courteous staff and comfortable stay. Older hotel which have gone through Reno’s, bathroom vent rattles but it wasn’t a bother unless you like to leave vents on. Bed was plush which allowed for a great nights sleep.

Lots of restaurants in the area, nice little pool with steam sauna, fitness room with cardio equipment. Rooms are cozy, clean and quiet.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and great to deal with; however, our room was not clean and in poor condition. The carpet was torn, the door didn’t close properly, the furniture was dinged up, the bathroom vanity (where our towels were stored) was filthy, there were used tissues in the bedside table and there was broken glass on the floor.

Very clean unit and close to restaurants. Lots of amenities.
