The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the room was not very clean , sticky bathroom floors, hairs on blankets and pillows, complimentary shampoo and conditioner was previously used and not switched out and counter tops had not been wiped well .

This is my favorite hotel -- I actually stayed there three times in 2020. It's comfortable and the staff is pleasant and accessible. And it's clean!

Stayed here before and had great experiences however was disappointed that their airport shuttle (due to COVID cost savings) now has limited hours and had to cab to the hotel because of it .. definitely verify that they can meet your flight times prior to booking.

Staff are very nice and its excellent that they have roud-trip airport shuttle.

Beware additional charge at checkin. Gash in room catpeting, desk chair with castor that fell off. Very dangerous. Reported immediately but never repaired. Remote with missing battery cover.

Room was clean I was happy with the layout breakfast was bad apple juice did not taste like apple juice coffee was water down it seem when you ask one of the cleaners for extra bar soap they need to go down to the front desk for that instead of giving you a small bar so other than the service rooms were good

Clean, well kept, comfortable room that smelled great and was inviting. Great night of sleep. Staff were AMAZING. A huge thanks to the staff. I stay in hotels frequently, and this was top notch.

My stay was okay. The first night my A/C was not working properly, but to the credit of the staff on duty, I was moved to another room. The hotel itself was just okay. This is an older hotel that needs to be renovated to a more modern look.
