Poor customer service and poor cleanliness
We did not get the room we reserved, called front desk they moved us but still not the suite we reserved and bugs in the sofa couch. When I told them at check out they never even commented on it other than “ya the bugs are a problem here”.

The room was big and clean. The television was small,old and did not even work. That was a real bummer. I was surprised at how nice every thing else was and all I really wanted to do is watch tv before bed. So I will be sure to check every thing before I get settled in.

Busy day.
The night check in gal was so nice and friendly. She was cheerful and gave us all the info about the hotel and breakfast. After a busy day it was good to see a happy person. Room was clean, beds and pillows were great. Had a refrigerator and microwave in the room.
