I don’t know why this hotel is rated so high. Yes it’s been renovated. Meaning new carpet and new furniture. However the doors and walls are tired. The fixtures in our room were corroded. The closet was missing a door. This is a worn and tired airport hotel. The staff was amazing. They were the saving grace of the place.

The floors were particularly dirty, whether it was in the hallways, or in our room. Upon arriving into our room, and using the bathroom for the first time, as we closed the door, a big snarl of hair brothelled across the room like someone had just cleaned out the bathtub drain and forgot to take it with them. There was a lot of dirt around the edges of the floors. It looks like that room hasn't had someone edge it for a long time.

Breakfast started at 7, too late. (Weekend time differed from weekdays) Had to pay $4.00 for bottled water cause the water fountains in hotel didnt work. Yes, there was a shuttle to cruise port, but was extra fee.

No bedding for the pull out bed. Pool was very dirty. Shampoo, conditioner and body washes all had broken tops and were unusable. My husband called while I was in the shower to get some delivered and they never came. I had to get out of the shower and go down to the front desk. Then she told me they would be delivered in a little bit. Also, only two towels in a 6 person room. I had to go get them as well. Beds were comfortable!
