Unless you get a good deal, I wouldn’t recommend
We booked months ago for a king size room with a whirlpool tub. Got our booking confirmation and arrived at clock in time or 3 pm only to find we had been downgraded to a two queen room which is a lot cheaper than the room we booked. The front desk woman was friendly and understanding to the booking issue but lacked authority to do anything about and so we all had to wait for the manager to arrive at around 4 pm to help us. When we asked about this, the Management moved us into another room with the right bed but no whirlpool. There weren’t any bookings left so this means they moved someone else to accommodate us. The room wasn’t the best. Trimming around the door was pealing, the ac control cover was missing, and the tub we did end up getting was gross and dirty with stains. The ice machines also dispensing dirty ice chunks so that didn’t get used

If I had to, but I don’t want to
The hotel itself was fine. For some reason there were multiple groups of teens and partygoers yelling in the halls and hitting the ice machine like the slots until 3 AM. This is the hall right by the front desk - people are yelling out their rooms for all the noisemakers to shut up. Not being able to sleep means the hotel gets a 1 star. Not having the staff keep control of people in the halls is pretty bad customer service

Decent enough. Could tidy up a bit more.
The room was ok. The bed was comfortable. I slept well. The room was super stale / old smoke. But the bathroom floor hadn’t swept or mopped in god knows how long. So many long strands of hair from previous guests. That part was very unappealing.

Rude front desk staff.
The room and bed were comfortable. The check in experience was terrible and the desk personnel were rude and unfriendly. We arrive at 2:30. An employee shouted across the lobby to come back at 3. I was ok with waiting until the posted check-in time. Returned at 3, told that they weren't checking anyone in until 3:30. I told them that I had to be at an event at 4 and really needed to get in the room. I was calm and friendly. Employee walked away with no response. At 3:15, check in started. No greeting, just asked for my ID, etc. Finally got in the room, discovered there was no blow dryer. Went back to the desk, waited until she finished checking someone else in and asked for a hair dryer. She said she would look when she had time. She then went outside, sat on a bench, chatted with another employee and made calls on her cell phone. She came back in 10 minutes later and got me the blow dryer. Again, no conversation. I said thank you, no response. The level of rudeness was incredible. It's a shame, because the hotel itself was nice, room was great, though there the bathtub was in serious need of recaulking. I could overlook that, but not the attitude of the front desk staff.

It was a very nice hotel, everyone was very nice. We stayed here last year and I know next year also. Breakfast was amazing they had a lot to pick from. Once in our room we couldn’t hear any noises out in the hall.

Good and safe bet
The hotels was very nice in the atrium and front desk area. Staff was friendly and attentive to anything and everything that was needed. The room was nice and sheets and bathroom clean but the walls were very dirty along with the bathroom floor being sticky and some unknown yellow residue on the toilet bowl rim and base. Also the AC did not work properly in our room. Set at 66 degrees and was joking steady at 74 all night made for a bit uncomfortable sleep.
