Nice place, clean, quiet, easy access. Not on the main street but within walking distance. I would stay again.

When you first walk in the whole place smells overwhelmingly like masked cigarettes. Our room was clearly not cleaned well from the last people that were there, used soap in the shower, and the back of the toilet seat was sitting on the counter like someone had just worked on it. We had no water the first few hours of our stay that no one warned us about, water was of course dark brown for the few hours after it came back on. At first we thought the balcony was nice, until you realize the hotel across the street runs a prostitution ring, with people honking outside of it all night long. Also had a nice view of people shooting heroin on the steps of the church across the street every night. The entire 4th floor reeked of weed 24/7, and it often seeped into our room from the ajoining door. Close enough to the strip to walk, but by day 2 and all that we had seen right outside the hotel, we didn't feel safe and decided to just pay for parking anyways. With all that being said I am astounded at what we had to pay for this place, and the good reviews that it's gotten. It's totally not worth it, and especially if you're travelling with kiddos, would not be worth the risk.

Nice stay, nice room and cool pool. Nice hosts as well. Would stay again.

My family and I stayed at Gatlinburg Sleep Inn and Suites last weekend. When checking in, the lady working the desk was new and had difficulty with the computer. When she asked her night manager for assistance, he was derogatory toward her and fussed at her in front of my daughter and me. I reassured him that it was no big deal at all, but he continued. The room was not overly clean, nor was the elevator (smelled funny and had foam stuck to the floor rather than actual flooring). The pool area was nice and the location was convenient to Rocky Top Sports Complex. It is not likely we will stay there again.
