This was our anniversary trip and honeymoon that we missed last year. The pictures online of the rooms looked way more spacious and nice than in reality. I thought the resort was more of a hotel resort than a condo resort with timeshares. They upgraded us to a balcony which was nice until you realize it’s about 3ft by 6 ft and over looking a parking lot and Main Street mostly. You pay an extra $45 per day for resort fees which is great during the week for the beach chairs and towels and what not but come the weekend you have to reserve the front row beach chairs paying an additional fee which I don’t agree with.

The hotel had paddle boats, pool and beach. There is $45 daily amenities fee once you arrive at the hotel so be ready to pay more immediately upon arrival.

Overall a wonderful experience! The only thing that was disappointing was there was no room service due to COVID but most of the restaurants and bars were open so that didn’t make a lot of sense to me but would definitely go back! It is a beautiful resort and all the staff I came in contact with were very friendly and helpful!

Personnel is very nice and the slide is awesome. Pools are clean. Mattresses are not even medium firm and extremely uncomfortable for the back. Breakfast is not included. Currently no spa and no lots of kids activities due to Covid-19. We were refused complimentary upgrade, even though other resorts usually make upgrades with no issues. Got stung by jellyfish and left with several skin burns.

The property is old and completely outdated. For the price of a suite you would be better sleeping in your car. The suite costs the same a a high end hotel and the rooms are complete garbage.
