Nice place. There was some mold around the base of the shower that needed cleaning. Had a little musty smell. Bedding was clean, kitchen had fingerprints on the cabinets but was clean, bathrooms were nice. Some of the amenities aren't open because of COVID but overall it's a nice place to stay.

My daughter moved from California for a job- we stayed for 1 week while getting her settled in. The front desk was very helpful- upgraded us to a 2 bedroom. Everyday when we came back it felt much more like home than a hotel would have which was really appreciated. The rooms were a nicely appointed with comfy beds. We also liked the pond out our windows with geese swimming around - the grounds were very nice and well maintained

Beautiful stay. Property was great. Staff wonderful. Just be aware this is a time share resort. You will be asked about a sales presentation. I wasn't pressured though which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this property when visiting Williamsburg.

The bed was comfortable and we like having a separate living room. Unfortunately, the unit smelled of smoke and its supposed to be non-smoking. That is why we were disappointed with our stay.

Great place for a family to unwind and get away. Our one complaint was the building and room we stayed in smelled old. Upon entering the common area needs new carpet because it smells very musky and our room smelled overwhelmingly of pine Air freshener.

Pandemic Visit Review: I was really pleased with this property. The suites are kind of on the old side, but it was clean and neat. Anytime we asked for something (e.g., ice, salt & pepper, etc.) it arrived at our door within half an hour. Pool use was highly regulated (which we appreciated). You registered at 12pm each day for pool time the next day. You could pick a time at 2-hour intervals (10, 12, 2, etc.) and could then swim for 90 minutes. In between each new group, they sprayed down the pool decks with disinfectant.
