Waste of money
We booked a jacuzzi room. We waited 90 minutes for our room to be ready. The jacuzzi did not work and the TV volume was busted. They switched our room where we had a working jacuzzi but the TV was broken. We ended up leaving after a couple of hours and rented another room somewhere else.

I didn't like that the hotel staff was not prepared for certain questions and did not give correct answers due to that I was charged almost $100 for a one-night stay and did not get to stay and then was not refunded my money back

Only the check out/ in room check was positive, young lady was super nice and sweet. Big love to my Nigerian peeps’ ! Very poor service from start to almost about finish ( Except for sweet young lady) poor security! Paid for services and amities that weren’t Given including house keeping and no clean linens. Afternoon staff no good , night staff no better.... disappointing experience in my own town!

Receptionist are really nice. The place is nice and cleaned. Been to other hotels and it’s usually loud throughout the whole night but in this hotel I was actually able to get some sleep.
