It was perfect. I was exhausted and needed a last minute place to sleep. I had the best sleep I have had in 6 months!! I’ll be back again in a couple of weeks and will be through once a month and this is where I will stay!!

Dirty rooms. Stains on couch. Moldy shower curtain and faucets clogged with mold. Noisy from highway.

Use Quality Inn on W Loop instead!
If you want to stay in a decent Quality Inn in Lubbock, use the one on West Loop (3430 W Loop 289). Here is why: the front desk gave us just one key (for a family of 3), indoor swimming pool was open but under the condition that there is only one person in hot tub at a time (even for people from the same household), they came and told us to get out or "inspector will close the hotel", breakfast was a joke (a bar in a bag, no coffee (first pot was finished, and they didn't bother to brew another one) or coffee cups). I understand that many places decided to cancel breakfast entirely because of covid, this place should have done it instead of advertising it as a breakfast. Again, choose the other Quality Inn when staying in Lubbock!

Friendly staff, clean hotel, comfy bed and pillows. Overall good stay. The only problem is that on hotels.com it was indicated “free breakfast” but when I got here, I was informed that no breakfast was being served due to COVID-19
