Kind of a strange experience. I arrived from out of state, check in, and when I asked the attendant where I should park, he rolled his eyes and immediately broke into a canned speech that "the hotel has no parking and has no responsibility for my car." I was like...uhhh I'm not asking about responsibility, I'm asking where I should park, I've never been to Portland. I said I saw a parking lot nearby and asked if that would work. The employee shook his head like I was nuts and said "we do not recommend parking there." I ultimately found a parking garage around 5 blocks away...at night...in the rain. Walked back to the hotel all wet, checked into my room, and it was about 1/2 the size of a normal hotel room (I paid for the upgraded corner room). No desk, no end tables, just a bed and a tv on the wall. There was also a noise machine on at full blast due to the noise in the room. Not the greatest experience.
