Wonderful stay- one issue that was handled well.
This is a wonderful, well-located property with awesome staff. Well-appointed rooms with comfy beds. The only hiccup was that I became aware that our first floor room had a wet carpet on one side of the bed all the way to the window LATE when in my pajamas and had my shoes off. Didn't detect when unpacking after check in. No squish- no smell- just damp. That could happen, but when I learned they didn't rent out and had drying fans in the two adjacent rooms, I was annoyed. Someone should have checked this room too! Anyway- big pain to move, but the Maintenance man (Garth?) was WONDERFUL and made the whole process more tolerable. Front desk folks are friendly and the breakfast (and that staff) was AMAZING! Many fresh choices (even cage-free scrambled eggs! and "beyond meat" sausage one day) and the make-it-yourself Mickey waffles were irresistible! Great oatmeal choices. Beautiful nice-sized gym. Fun for kids and very clean pool. Great spot for couples or families. Not many restaurants nearby open yet but the nearby 5-Guys was good.

No issues as it was very enjoyable. The staff was great and attentive to our needs. The only suggestion I have is to have bacon or sausage links available for breakfast.

Brand new, up and coming area
Checked in quickly, Room was clean, but it is a new property so everything looked new and crisp. We booked a king suite which has 2 TV's. I always want a room with 2 TV's. But the TV in the sitting area didn't work due to a bad cable. I had to allow the maintenance in the room, 2 days in a row, while we were gone in order to get it fixed. It did get fixed the 2nd day, all was well again. Tv's are smart tv's and you can sign into your streaming accounts in addition to using the provided cable service. We didn't partake in the free breakfast, but it looked plentiful and smelled appetizing...lots of families enjoying it. Pool isn't huge, but big enough if it isn't crowded. Mostly kids and families since hotel is right outside Disney property, but it is about a 15-20 minute drive to make it to the actual parks, simply due to how Disney highways flow. We could see the Epcot "ball" from our 5th floor window, and also Mt. Everest in AK too. The whole Flamingo Crossings area is less than a year old, so not too much for choices nearby, but there is a 5 Guys, but more things being built. The Target across the street is a joke though...if you're relying on it's convenient location for whatever, it misses the mark. It's half basic groceries, a liquor store, some Disney merch. I needed tennis shoes...none, no shoe section, just sandals. Boyfriend looking for cargo shorts, no men's clothing section. The store may be enough for what some need, but don't count on it.

Wonderful Stay

Disney Trip
Our stay was very nice. Room was clean, roomy and had the essentials for two adults and two kids. Staff was pleasant and the hotel in general had nice modern decor with great amenities. The daily free breakfast was excellent, there was a variety of items to choose from. Overall, our family stay was wonderful and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay there again.
