At check in I with handed a piece of paper to sign with a pen that everyone has been using. No disinfecting of pens, exact same pen the gentleman had been using. The piece of paper was took it away as quickly as I signed it. Did not going over of any information for the hotel but did give me wrong information about the so-called restaurant. By the way they do not have breakfast. Upon arriving at the room first thing you see is trash behind the dresser when you open the door. Floor looks like it is not been vacuumed. Trash in the cupboard where the fridge raider is kept. No information in the room. A basic print out, a laminated copy that could be sanitized or a link to a website with the information that would normally be in the rooms. Anything would have been greatly appreciate it. Upon checking out being confronted on why I was not happy with certain things. I could add more on here but it just goes downhill.

Enjoyable Stay!
My overall stay at this hotel was great. The beds were comfy, the room was inviting, clean and had all of the basic amenities in the bathroom: hair conditioner, lotion, soap, etc. Loved the bathtub and shower and there was a generous amount of hot water. The breakfast was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
