Incredible!
My two adult children and I took my mom to PV for her 75th birthday. As you arrive at the hotel, you are greeted by hotel security who asks for your name and room number before they let you in. As son as we checked in, we were escorted to a table where we were told that we were going to be given a layout of the hotel, which we were, but it was also a time share representative, so don't feel bad saying no thank you. If you do sit down with them, they give you a discount card and a welcome gift. We did not attend their presentation. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. There are four restaurants on site; a common restaurant opened all the time that serves a really nice buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner. A second, smaller restaurant basically offers bar-food, and an Italian and seafood restaurant, both of which you need to make reservations ahead of time for. There is also a Mexican food restaurant that was not open while we were there and a general bar. When you check in, you will also get a "pool towel" card for each person in your room. Hold on to these, as there will be a $20.00 lost card fee. The rooms all have amazing ocean views, the beds are really comfortable and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is about 10 minutes from old town PV and 15 minutes from the airport. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Also, book a trip to see the "Alma, Rhythm of the Night" show. It's worth every cent! The show was amazing!

Hotel ok. But too pushy on timeshare talks.
The staff at the entrance and pool is amazing, they give you tips on how to deal with the taxi drivers and what is opened and what is closed, they care. Hotel is ok but the beach not that great, too many rocks, and the little palapas are so small you have to bend to get under the shade. What I didn’t like about this hotel at all is that they are way too pushy with timeshares (tiempo compartidos). When we had just gotten our key to our room we were approached to go take one of their welcome talks to get discounts, I told them I just wanted to go to our room as we had just literally arrived and the lady was annoyed about my response. Then the next day they sent a flyer and then they called our room, again insisting we needed to go to one of their talks to get some discounts and the WiFi code. I finally went to get a map and a wifi code and was told that in order to get all the discounts I need to spend 30 minutes in a presentation! Extremely annoying.

Great Location and Accommodating Staff
Super Staff! Every staff member was super helpful and friendly. Loved the location as it was extremely easy get into main town PV. I liked how they had the cab prices to the popular travel locations posted right at the taxi stand. The only concern that I didn’t care was for the promotion of the “Sheraton Time Share” that is on the same property, when you first arrived.
