Everything was great except the soft water. Not sure anything can be done about that, but that's the only thing I would change.

Amazing hotel. Friendly staff. Great lounge with the best Bloody Mary ever! Coffee pot was gross but when we said something to front desk it was replaced immediately.

Would describe as a standard corporate 3-4 star. Clean, relatively modern furniture, but nothing that sets it apart. Recommend if you can achieve a competitive rate.

One of the priciest motels in Helena, not worth it. My daughter’s linen for the sofa-bed had hair all over it, had to call to get new linen. Sign at the coffee stand said “Open daily 7-11” but it was not open both mornings I was there. The courtyard that our slider lead to looked more like a “ultra budget” motel. On a good note, the jetted tub and large shower were nice. Don’t waste you money, I was highly disappointed.

We stayed in the Junior Suite with the jetted tub. When we entered 128 we saw that the patio door was open already by a few inches so naturally we did a quick check of the room for safety. While having full access to the courtyard is a HUGE plus with our dogs, the bummer lies in the condition of the grass which is brown in most spots and dead. It took away from the ambiance quite a bit. The outdoor pool was also closed. From there we were doing just fine. We enjoyed the Jet tub later in the night but were rudely awoken by the clearing of the extremely loud jets and motor at 1:30 am. The same thing happened multiple times the next night. On top of that we tried to relax in the morning and the fire alarm battery went dead and started beeping wildly loud!! My husband had to exit bed and unplug it from the ceiling and we threw it in the hallway for the staff to hopefully replace the battery which didn’t happen. We were there for another day with no alarm. We loved the place overall but those experiences were a sure disappointment when paying 260 a night for the expectation of relaxing and pristine.

Our room was clean and updated. The front desk staff and the bar tender in the restaurant were so friendly. My sons and I had a great stay and will choose this hotel again when in Helena.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Beautiful hotel- especially that lovely staircase! The shower had a crack thee are t had been repaired and the air conditioner unit was really loud.

Very clean and excellent social distancing practices. Comfy room and nice staff!

I loved the bed it was very comfortable. The people were friendly and the bar tender was amazing that guy did some serious multitasking. Over all i had a great experience.
