Worse Hotel in Corpus Christi
Worse Hotel Ever! Hotel under construction only 1 elevator working, rude staff when asked about construction, no food service kitchen closed due to no staff, told no room service either called to ask for towels (took 3 calls 30mins later) loud noises due to construction, husband stepped on screw in bathroom, were charged 3 different amounts over $400 when everything was already paid for. No apology. Not named Radisson but Double Tree pictures are outdated.

Hotellet var fint , inget att klaga på. Men det var lite si och så med städning, de talade inte om vid incheckning att man var tvungen att säga till och hamna på en lista för att få full städning. De var in och fyllde på nya handdukar och toapapper de flesta dagar, men fick även hämta handdukar å toapapper själv när de glömt. Lite tråkigt var det. Men sovit väldigt gott i sängen.

Overall nice
We arrived hour early and we were told early check in would be $100. When my husband said no thank you it went down to $50. Either provide no early check in or make it free if room available. That was just embarrassing. We are not in Mexico bartering for price of a hat. Who was getting this fee we were being asked to pay. I would like this question answered. Had to do our own room service from towels to trash

Awful!
Worst hotel experience ever. The problems started since we got to the parking lot. There was no parking. We had to park on the street. Then getting to our rooms was extremely stressful. With only one working elevator we had to stand in line. Then once we got into our rooms we noticed they had not been renovated like the front desk clerk had stated. Air conditioner not working, dirty comforter, no comforters in the second bedroom, really hard mattresses,no iron, door had to be pushed with all your body weight to be able to open it. Breakfast was awful and expensive. Asked for our rooms to be cleaned but were not. Disappointed this hotel has a Hilton name because it does not represent them well. Do not stay here, it is not worth the money.

Disappointed
I have stayed at the Radisson Corpus Christi many times and the staff has always been accommodating. We drove from San Antonio and were told we couldn't check in until 4 unless we wanted to pay an extra $100. Our room was ready but we had to find something to do until then. They did allow us to stay at the pool but required that we order from their bar. The drinks were overpriced and were awful. We were very disappointed with breakfast the next morning. We choose to stay at the Radisson because there is a restaurant and we have a menu to order from and nice wait staff refilling our coffee. We were surprised to find a buffet that we had to pay $12.99 per person for. The buffett wasn’t anything different than what you find in a less expensive hotel on their complimentary breakfast bar. We don't mind spending money on food but we expected a better dining experience. That's why we always stay there when we go to the beach. The coffee was HORRIBLE!! Severly watered down. Needless to say the following morning we had breakfast at Whataburger with good coffee and the ability to ordered what we liked and a much better price. This was the worst stay we've ever had at this location. Oh yeah and only 1 elevator was working.
